Use and Impact asses the extent to which there is any evidence that (open) data released by the country government is being used and/or has had impact by assessing the extent to which open data has impacted in increasing government efficiency and transparency, inclusion of marginalized groups in policy making and accessing government services, and enhancing country economy and entrepreneurship.
