Implementation identifies the extent to which government has published key datasets on government budget, procurement, national laws, infrastructural data, agriculture and agricultural data, election results, company registrar, geographic information, land ownership, health, national, gender, educational and environmental statistics, to support innovation, accountability and more improved social policy.
Use and Impact asses the extent to which there is any evidence that (open) data released by the country government is being used and/or has had impact by assessing the extent to which open data has impacted in increasing government efficiency and transparency, inclusion of marginalized groups in policy making and accessing government services, and enhancing country economy and entrepreneurship.
